I am passionate about creating environments where people from diverse backgrounds show up authentically and challenge each other to grow outside of their comfort zones, as accountable partners and advocates.

I have always been guided by a strong commitment to being socially responsible to people, planet, and products.

My passion for helping others succeed has been highlighted across various disciplines, where people were the focus. From helping companies mitigate production risks through business continuity planning to developing national sustainability campaigns that align with employee and customer values. From connecting more than 200 professionals with fulfilling careers, to providing growth opportunities through award-nominated internship programs.

I connect with others on their level, and whenever possible, in their language. I help tell the stories of the good work people do and help good people do their work.

Championing diverse voices by removing the veil of success and sharing tools for advancement.

I grew up bilingually, between two cultures, across two countries. From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by the power of words and the bridges they build across different worlds. I’ve been blessed with the ability to easily connect with people, pick up languages quickly, and solve problems effectively. I’ve excelled in the classroom and the office but relish each opportunity when I get to use my hands to tend to my farm or work on my truck.

I’ve failed trivially, terribly, publicly, and at times, only in my mind. Some times I’ve bounced back immediately, others have taken months and therapy. I’ve faced every challenge head on and choose to extract lessons to minimize repeating mistakes.

I wouldn’t have gotten to where I am without the guidance of mentors or without the help of friends. As I continue reaching new levels, my greatest mission is to bring others along by sharing the lessons I’ve learned and equipping the next wave with the knowledge and tools to catapult them to a future we can all profit from and enjoy.

My strength is my versatility.

I apply supply chain and operational principles in execution, drive engagement through targeted marketing and communications campaigns, leverage my knowledge of different languages and cultures to empower people to show up in the best way for themselves and the project, and keep profitability at top of mind to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.

I take advantage of my experiences and use them to create connections across seemingly unrelated topics, providing a bird’s eye view strategy with ground-level tactics. My broad portfolio allows me to quickly understand others’ needs, while being able to provide unexpected insights to solve problems or advance professionally.

Modeling preparedness for the unknowns

Created and executed a bilingual, year-long training campaign for more than 120 employees at 20 sites worldwide to update business continuity plans, facilitate plan awareness and knowledge transfer. Led hurricane preparedness training for employees to ensure protection of life and property.

Credentialing for this work included formal training by the American Red Cross, Community Emergency Response Teams, FEMA, and the Florida Emergency Management Academy.

Driving collective accountability

Developed national sustainability campaigns to increase awareness of environmental impact of company products. This included initiatives that explored product packaging alternatives and supplier compliance to align with big box retailer standards.

Produced socially responsible events that increased brand credibility with followers and provided a hands-on opportunity to support consumers’ interests while providing an organic demonstration of product use.

Creating moments around people

Facilitated customer experience exercises that focused service delivery around the customer. Launched scalable, repeatable, national marketing campaigns that created organic interaction between brands and consumers. Designed communication plans to create alignment across stakeholders by communicating project updates and impact.

Connecting people with opportunities

From engineering and financial services, to marketing and human resources, and everything in between. I’ve learned to listen to people’s aspirations and strive to understand organizational needs. I pride myself in positioning others in roles that will allow them to shine and will give companies guaranteed ROI.

Active change agent

From helping to establish employee resource groups, to connecting community members with resources that will allow them to thrive, I’m a proud advocate for others whose voices are not in the room. I enable change by educating leaders and equipping individuals with the necessary tools to show up effectively but authentically.
